My work investigates the intersection between mans world and the natural world. My current work is inspired by the Pacific Trash Vortex, a vortex of ocean currents that are accumulating unprecedented amounts of marine debris and plastic. These waste materials are becoming a part of the environment. This in turn will alter the ecosystem and the life that exists within that system. I am offering a glimpse at the possible new life forms that will soon inhabit our planet.
