University of the Arts Craft Senior Thesis Exhibition

Pieces by a total of 36 seniors ranging from Ceramics, Fibers and Glass to Metal/Jewelry and Wood were displayed at NEXUS. The Crafts Department at The University of the Arts is one of the most innovative teaching departments in the country. A large part of students’ education is based on concept. Students who study Crafts at UArts today become craft artists within the context of a broader knowledge and experience. The Crafts program seeks to develop artists of originality and resourcefulness who can excel in the most competitive professional environment.
The University of the Arts is the nation’s first and only university dedicated to the visual, performing and communication arts.
